History
CereCere summons her while trying to pull the Dream Mirror from an artist named Kamoi as the Sailor Guardians move to stop her. With the Lemures balking at her task, Sailor Chibi Moon uses Twinkle Yell to summon Pegasus, and Sailor Moon finishes Ms. TogeToge off with Moon Gorgeous Meditation. Because she never launched an attack, her abilities are left unknown, and in the English dub she cries out that she has not even done anything as she falls.
