Noriko Okamachi

Large eyes in shades of magenta and lilac dominate Noriko's youthful face. She is small and slight, standing about as tall as Yaten Kou, with hazel hair cut to shoulder length. Her wardrobe leans toward a coordinated green jacket and skirt, finished off with a generous yellow bow and a ruffled collar.

Vanity sits at the heart of Noriko's character. She craves flattery, aches to be liked, and refers to herself in the third person out of habit. Her affections fix on Yaten, for whom she enjoys cooking, and even when she brushes him off as an idiot her attachment stays obvious. She has little patience for the Sailor Guardians and reserves special dislike for Minako, all while doting on fluffy Himalayan cats and turning up her nose at cats she deems less appealing, Luna included.

Noriko debuts in episode 178, the twelfth installment of the fifth season, which serves as both her introduction and her only real showcase. After that lone showing she slips into the background, resurfacing only in the occasional brief cameo. Yumi Takada voiced her in Japanese, with Cindy Robinson handling the English performance.
