CharacterPetite Pandora is a Dark Agency operative who appears in a single chapter of the Codename: Sailor V manga. As the younger sister of the slain idol Pandora, she sets out to avenge her by destroying Sailor V.
Appearance
She wears her hair gathered into two tall buns above a fringe much like Usagi's, ringed by a plant-like ornament. Her outfit layers a short dress with a see-through skirt over an off-the-shoulder top trimmed with flowers at the neckline, wrists, and waist, finished with bows on the skirt and behind her neck plus a crown resembling leaves or seaweed. As with her sister, she may have red hair, purple eyes, and a white dress.
Personality
Vengeance drives her, yet she is also petty and vain. She bothers to bewitch only good-looking men and flatly refuses to enslave Gurikazu Amano, unwilling to keep a nerd among her thralls.

History
Learning that her older sister has been killed, Petite Pandora vows to strike back and fixes on Sailor V as her target. Sharing the potent hypnosis her sibling wielded, she relies on a signature move she calls the World's Cutest Wink to enthrall handsome men into her service.
When Sailor V's Crescent Beam finally strikes her, she holds out long enough for her flesh to melt and spew a toxic gas that could have killed everyone around, until the finishing Venus Power, Love Crescent Shower purifies the foul remains and ends the danger.
