A tall striped hat in red and yellow crowns Quiz, marked with an oversized yellow question mark and sprouting a pair of purple rabbit ears at its brim. Her skin is a light pink, and short blue hair sweeps across to hide her left eye. She sports a striped pink-and-red jacket with coat tails over a purple swimsuit, finishing the showy look with white cuffs, blue nails, a red bow tie, and purple heels.

Everything about her plays to a game-show gimmick, from the quizmaster styling to the question-mark motif, but she serves purely as an obedient tool of the Death Busters, sent out to prey on an innocent target at her master's command.

Professor Souichi Tomoe made her by fusing a Daimon Egg with a book, then loosed her on a girl named Asako Misaki to tear out her Pure Heart Crystal. During her rampage she is even able to call back a lineup of earlier monsters, among them Garoben, Murid, Oniwabandana, Ryuax, and Haikyun. The star hidden beneath her bow tie is the tool she uses to draw pure heart crystals out of her victims. She holds the odd distinction of being the only Daimon created just for the games rather than the manga or anime.
