Out of disguise, Resin appears unclothed, her eyes clear and vacant above a mass of long, curling hair. To move among people she pulls on a nurse's uniform, and in that guise her eyes take on a more ordinary, human cast.

Resin settled in close to the Juban Dental Clinic, sustaining herself on the tooth decay of its patients. Worried that too few visitors were coming through, she set about drawing more people in. She managed to trap Chibiusa, who slipped away from the dentist only with Diana's help and changed into Sailor Chibi Moon. Resin then aggravated the girl's cavities, and the resulting pain made Sailor Chibi Moon weep, which set off her Supersonic Waves. With Resin caught off guard, Super Sailor Moon turned up alongside Sailor V to back her up, and Sailor Chibi Moon brought Resin down using Pink Sugar Heart Attack.

Resin seized full control of the Juban Dental Clinic, reshaping it with her magic and casting a spell that both brainwashed the dentist and made him younger. Posing as an attractive human woman, she blanketed the residents of Azabu-Juban with flyers and ads to draw them into her clinic. In a fight she wields a huge syringe loaded with cavity ghosts and a drill that sets Chibiusa's teeth throbbing. She is vulnerable to the ultrasonic waves Chibiusa produces and weaker still against sugar, so when a barrage of sweets from Super Sailor Moon and Sailor V struck her equipment, her magic buckled. Once she was gone, the illusion lifted, and both the clinic and its dentist reverted to their true state.
