Appearance
Like every Phage spawned by Shadow Galactica, Sailor Amuse bears the telltale sailor collar of Galaxia's converted victims, and his design leans on the balloon motif that defines how he fights.
History
He begins as an ordinary man, Takeo Shiro, until Sailor Lead Crow rips out his Star Seed and warps him into the Phage Sailor Amuse, first seen in episode 190. After a short rampage against the guardians, Eternal Sailor Moon restores him with Silver Moon Crystal Power Kiss, returning Takeo to himself.
