Appearance

A surgical mask and oversized glasses cover much of his face, the lenses granting him x-ray sight. His skin is lavender and his ears taper to points. He wears green operating scrubs finished with a white collar and tall black boots. One arm ends in a hypodermic needle, while the other stays ordinary apart from a pink surgical glove.

History

The man behind him, Doctor Gia, travels to Japan to perform a difficult operation on a young girl whose illness local physicians cannot treat. Heavy traffic makes him late, and Sailor Aluminum Siren, posing as a nurse, lures him into an alley and draws out his Star Seed, only to find it a worthless blank. Gia then becomes the Phage Sailor Doctor and rounds on Sailor Mercury and Eternal Sailor Moon, who reach the scene after Siren has slipped away.

He tries to jab Sailor Moon with the huge needle that serves as his arm and fails. Mercury's Mercury Aqua Rhapsody freezes him in place long enough for Eternal Sailor Moon to restore his human form with the Starlight Honeymoon Therapy Kiss.

Abilities

His weapon is the giant hypodermic needle that replaces his right arm, used both to stab and to attempt a lethal injection. The concept closely mirrors an earlier hospital-themed monster, the Droid known as Pharmakon, another medical creature the guardians fought inside a hospital.
