Appearance
Ashen white skin, pointed ears, and long pink hair mark the Phage. She first shows up in a snug red dress, then strips it away to battle in a scant blue outfit paired with thigh-high lavender stockings and a yellow sailor collar.
History
Noriko takes her cherished cat to a grooming shop and runs into Kou Yaten, who has brought his own pet, Black, who is really Luna. After Noriko insults Yaten, Black grows angry enough to scratch the idol. As Noriko moves to hit back, Chuuko Nezu appears and starts pressing her for an interview about her supposed link to Yaten. Yaten uses the commotion to slip away, and once he is gone the fake reporter reveals herself as Sailor Iron Mouse and removes Noriko's Star Seed. Noriko becomes the Phage Sailor Ojou and turns on the Guardians as they arrive. Sailor Star Healer then stuns her with Star Sensitive Inferno, buying the moment for Sailor Moon to heal her using Starlight Honeymoon Therapy Kiss.
