Sailor Rabbit is a costumed alter ego that Usagi Tsukino invents in the live-action series, a homemade Sailor Guardian with no real powers whom she plays in an effort to protect the Jupiter jewelry shop before she ever becomes Sailor Moon.
The costume leans heavily on Sailor V's. Over a white, shoulder-padded top sit a pink collar and a front bow centered on a rabbit's head, paired with a dark pink satin skirt and blue slippers. A red mask hides her face and gold-trimmed white gloves cover her hands.
Rabbit motifs repeat everywhere, on a white choker, a red hair ornament, and pink star earrings, tying the whole look together.
Because she is only a costumed pretender rather than a genuine Sailor Guardian, she commands no magic at all. Even so, she shows more nerve and better instincts in a fight than the friends cosplaying alongside her.
She swings and then hurls a fire extinguisher at Cutie Kenko and his lackeys, and once she is freed she knocks a dazed minion out cold with a heavy object.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
Fed up with the useless local police, Usagi talks her friends into taking justice into their own hands by dressing and acting as Sailor V. When Cutie Kenko captures Sailor M, Sailor K, and Sailor N, she arrives as Sailor Rabbit to rescue them, and she later swallows a key to stop him from looting a jewel case from Jupiter.
For that, Kenko abducts her, meaning to cut her open to recover the key, but Sailor V homes in on an Artemis tracker, frees her, and helps her beat him. Artemis notes that this Sailor Rabbit will grow into the main series' Sailor Moon. Once Sailor V departs, Usagi slips back into ordinary life and the Rabbit persona is set aside for good.
