Sailor Theta is a musical-only villain from the Sailor Moon stage shows, a servant of Galaxia who fights beside Sailor Phi and Sailor Chi. Named for the Greek letter Theta, the three of them make up the trio known as the Galactica Troops.
She keeps her red and yellow hair short and wears red lipstick. Her outfit runs on a yellow-and-black scheme, a matching bra and shorts worn with a black sailor collar that carries a single stripe and striped gloves in the same two colors.
Like the rest of Galaxia's servants, she wears the Galactica Bracelets on her arms.
Theta serves as one of Galaxia's foot soldiers, slipping in among the humans as a student or as a backup dancer for the Three Lights so she can watch the Sailor Senshi before striking with her partners.
She carries no attack of her own. Instead she joins Phi and Chi in shouting their shared techniques, Sailor Galactica Attack and Galactica Cry.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
Which musical she turns up in shapes her details, and the trio swap between more than one uniform across shows. In Eien Densetsu's revised staging, two of the Troops loose Galactica Twister and Dark Power. Nothing of Theta's origin is ever revealed.
In the original Sailor Moon Sailor Stars she used the alias Shadow Bug while working under MC Fly, but the revised edition dropped that name and simply cast her as Sailor Theta, disguised as a Three Lights dancer on Earth. Galaxia eventually kills all three for being too weak, and Theta sat out the twelfth musical, where the Shitennou replaced the Troops entirely.
