CharacterDressed as a train conductor and crackling with electricity, Toden is a Daimon serving the Death Busters. Kaolinite sends her out in the tenth episode of Sailor Moon S to pull a Pure Heart Crystal from an unsuspecting train passenger.
Appearance
Toden is built to look like a railway conductor, her frame studded with train parts: wheels sit where her ankles would be, and crossing gates rise from each shoulder. She wears the conductor's kit, a navy vest lined with gold buttons over a white shirt, knotted with a red tie, plus a cap in black and blue and a pair of brown heels. Her skin is pale, her eyes amber, her hair pink, and the name itself echoes Tokyo Toden, the old capital streetcar.
History
Kaolinite buried Toden's Daimon pod inside a train, rigging it to rip a Pure Heart Crystal out of whoever boarded first. The unlucky passenger proved to be Yuichiro Kumada, and while Toden labors to wrench his heart free, the Sailor Guardians burst in. Sailor Mars locks her down with Akuryo Taisan and then torments her using Burning Mandala, and Sailor Moon puts an end to the Daimon with Moon Spiral Heart Attack.
