Appearance
Glossy blue eyes and pink-painted lips stand out on a green-skinned humanoid with blond hair. His costume sets white tights and matching wristbands against black overalls, adding a black waistband and footwear soled in black with red at the toes. A broad build and well-defined muscle mark him as heavily conditioned.
History
Searching an artist's dreams for Pegasus and finding nothing, Fish Eye resolves to kill the man. When Sailor Moon turns up with Sailor Chibi Moon at her side, he conjures Tsunawatarou and slips away. The Lemures drives Sailor Moon out onto a tightrope and jerks the line to shake her loose, until a rose thrown by Tuxedo Mask cuts the attack short. Both of them topple; Tuxedo Mask plucks Sailor Moon from the air while the monster slams into the ground. Twinkle Yell, cast by Sailor Chibi Moon, calls Pegasus forth, and the killing stroke arrives as Moon Gorgeous Meditation, unleashed by Sailor Moon.
