Wakagi's Brother

In everyday life he presents as an unremarkable young man, and the chapter offers little detail about his ordinary look. Once Hibiscusy takes hold of him, he is remade into Masked Aloha, waking later to find himself dressed in a bizarre outfit he does not recognize.

A fondness for travel drives much of what he does, from chasing a prize vacation to spending his own savings on a trip abroad. He also has a habit of pinning his troubles on Sailor V, and every fresh setback only deepens that resentment rather than teaching him caution.

He first appears at a shopping district, hoping to buy a lottery ticket, when Sailor V, racing to enter before the deadline, bowls him over. He purchases his own ticket moments too late, since Minako has already claimed the grand prize of a trip to Hawaii and the contest shuts. Determined to travel anyway, he dips into his savings, but he boards the wrong flight and lands in Greece instead, the same misdirection that befalls Minako.

Stranded and furious with Sailor V, he becomes easy prey for Hibiscusy, who twists his anger and reshapes him into Masked Aloha. Minako defeats him after disguising herself as a Hawaiian girl, the shock of which knocks him out cold. He revives alone in his strange getup, his grudge against Sailor V burning hotter than ever.
