The 153rd overall entry and 26th of the SuperS season plays on a shared childhood dread, sending Usagi and Chibiusa into a dental clinic that turns out to be a trap set by PallaPalla in her hunt for Pegasus.
Both Usagi and Chibiusa share a real fear of the dentist's chair, a phobia the episode plays for comedy before turning it sinister. A trip for a checkup lands the two of them inside a clinic rigged by PallaPalla, whose true aim is to draw out the dream mirror that hides Pegasus.
With both girls captured by PallaPalla's Lemures, the spotlight shifts to Tuxedo Mask, who becomes the episode's central rescuer rather than Super Sailor Moon or Super Sailor Chibi Moon. PallaPalla comes closer than usual to her goal, since Chibiusa carries Pegasus, and she is on the verge of extracting the girl's dream mirror when Mamoru intervenes to stop her and pull both captives free.
The story adapts the manga side chapter about cavities, where none of the antagonists belonged to the Dead Moon Circus, a villain named Resin refurbished the old neighborhood dental office, and Kenji joined the girls in place of Mamoru while Minako tagged along hoping to meet the young dentist. The GariGari monster serves as the threat here. Sailor Moon performs Supersonic Waves for the second and final time, and for the first time she does so alongside Sailor Chibi Moon.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
In Dentist of Horrors? PallaPalla's House, PallaPalla rigs a dental clinic to prey on Usagi and Chibiusa's shared fear of the dentist, hoping to draw out the dream mirror that hides Pegasus inside Chibiusa.
Tuxedo Mask becomes the central rescuer in this episode, stepping in to stop PallaPalla and pull both captives free rather than Super Sailor Moon or Super Sailor Chibi Moon.
The Lemures GariGari serves as the episode's featured monster, summoned by PallaPalla as part of her trap.
Sailor Moon performs Supersonic Waves for the second and final time in the series, and for the first time she does so alongside Sailor Chibi Moon.
Yes, it adapts a manga side chapter about cavities, though the manga's villain was an original character named Resin unconnected to the Dead Moon Circus, and Kenji joined the girls in place of Mamoru.
