Overview
After Sailor Venus wrecked the original Fire Buster, Eudial engineered a more potent version of the same flamethrower for use in Sailor Moon S. She repeatedly set an entire cathedral ablaze with it, throwing up barriers of fire to keep the Guardians from chasing her down.
Function
Its flames burn strong enough to overwhelm Moon Spiral Heart Attack and to push back both Shine Aqua Illusion and Burning Mandala, marking the first physical weapon capable of repelling Moon Spiral Heart Attack. When the Holy Grail appeared, Eudial again flooded the room with fire to block the Senshi from reaching it.

Eudial is the sole user. Chibiusa first neutralized its fire with Luna P Extinguish, sparing the Senshi, and when Eudial ignited the room a second time, Sailor Moon's newly attained Super form doused the flames. With a raised hand she halted the weapon entirely and sent Eudial flying through a window, a sign she had climbed past the level of power the Fire Buster II could muster.
