The Dream arc's sixth chapter finds Haruka, Michiru, and Setsuna settled into peaceful lives yet uneasy about Hotaru, whose rapid growth and advanced mind hint that the spirit of Sailor Saturn inside her is nearing a full reawakening, matching the evil they sense drawing closer.
Key Events
The four Outer guardians share a home and raise a fast-maturing Hotaru while Setsuna dwells on a dreadful vision she had during the eclipse. None of the three older women can transform any longer, and Hotaru starts to display guardian abilities: playing her violin, she projects images of Pegasus and Super Sailor Chibi Moon, then a vision of the Solar System's history running up to the eclipse. Seeing the Earth and Moon swallowed by darkness even after the eclipse passes, they confirm that a new enemy has come, and they conclude they lost their powers only because they were no longer needed. Then Hotaru meets her other self, Sailor Saturn, who declares she has awakened, returns the memories of her past life, and ages Hotaru back to her true self.
Hotaru assures the Outers that they need not repeat their old lives of isolation and distant combat, and she hands them their Sailor Crystals so they can rejoin the Super guardians. Meanwhile, Minako still dangles from the ledge, crying out for Artemis as his arms tear under the boulder's weight. Taking human form, Artemis heaves the rock aside and gives Minako her Sailor Crystal; she becomes Super Sailor Venus and destroys Xenotime and Zeolite with Venus Love and Beauty Shock. The Amazoness Quartet then binds the other guardians and looses Lemures to possess all but Venus, and Chibiusa, after visiting Mamoru, notices Usagi cough and realizes his curse has taken hold of her too.
