Act 49 Dream 11 - Earth and Moon Dream

Armed with abilities she has only just claimed, Sailor Moon takes the fight straight to Nehellenia to end the sorceress's shadowed rule for good. Written and drawn by Naoko Takeuchi, this eleventh and final chapter of the arc ties together the reawakening of Earth, the true identities of the Amazoness Quartet, and a farewell that leaves everyone stronger than before.

Eternal Sailor Moon calls up the Eternal Tiare and, pairing it with the Silver Crystal, lifts each teammate into her own Eternal form. The crystal's radiance also draws the Golden Crystal out from inside Mamoru's body. With the whole squad pouring their strength into her, Usagi turns her power against Nehellenia, warping the queen into a grotesque shape and sealing her back within the mirror. As the enemy falls, the gloom smothering the planet retreats and its people rouse from their slumber. Chibiusa kisses Helios and stirs him awake, and he mounts the Golden Crystal onto the staff so that Usagi and Mamoru rise as Neo-Queen Serenity and King Endymion, who together cast Nehellenia into eternal darkness.

Sailor Saturn hands Serenity the Amazon Stones and asks her to cleanse them. Doing so releases the Amazoness Quartet in their genuine shapes as Sailor Guardians, who explain that they had been resting until Nehellenia woke them ahead of time and twisted them into her circus performers. They return to slumber to wait for Chibiusa to mature into a full Guardian worthy of their protection. Helios then bids the group goodbye to keep watch over Elysion, and with the power inside them all newly kindled, Usagi resolves to go on shielding everyone she loves. The chapter introduces the Sailor Quartet and closes with a page that later resurfaces in the twelfth installment of the Codename: Sailor V manga.
