Summary
Sakamoto and Nagumo find themselves outmatched by an opponent who blurs across the room too quickly to strike. He brags that a custom pair of shoes lets him move at the speed of light, making him the fastest killer alive.
On another floor, Uzuki blocks Rion from finishing off a helpless foe, insisting that killing is wrong and should be avoided wherever possible. Rion tells him to quit the JCC and heads toward the crashing sounds to see why her teammates are stalling. Left behind, Uzuki checks on the people Rion cut down and appears shaken by what he finds.
The two boys stay helpless against Kindaka until Rion arrives. By steering the clash along her read of the enemy's movements, the trio boxes him in and finally brings him down. Even beaten, Kindaka responds by inviting all three to join the Order.
