Pyramid Arc

This seventh arc of Solo Leveling: Ragnarok runs across Chapters 45 through 56 in the novel and Chapters 25 through 32 in the webtoon. It follows the Retesting Rank Arc and gives way to the Times Square Field Arc. The setting centers on the Pyramid Field, a desert environment crawling with hostile beasts.

Suho ventures into the Pyramid Field alongside figures such as Esil Radiru, Rio Singh, and Randolph. The field's dangers include Poisoned-Toothed Giant Desert Centipedes and Mummies, but the dominant threat is Ammut. Randolph faces Ammut and loses his life in the attempt, and Suho's own clash with the beast is cut short before resolving. In the webtoon, Suho also confronts and kills Shika, an encounter unique to that version.

Rather than simply slaying Ammut, Suho takes the creature on as a teacher. He becomes Ammut's disciple and trains under it to master the Iron Body Technique. He also receives Kandiaru's blessing during his time there.

Suho leaves the field considerably enriched. He gains the Horus ring handed over by Rio Singh and unlocks a new daily quest from the System. In the novel continuity, the pyramid itself is relocated into the Shadow Dungeon, an outcome that does not appear in the webtoon. These gains carry him forward into the Times Square Field Arc.
