Warm and approachable, Yoon-Suk pays little mind to where someone sits in the Hunter ranking system. He greeted Jinwoo cordially from the very first shift rather than looking down on a low-ranked newcomer. What he genuinely values is solid effort, and once he saw how skilled Jinwoo was underground, he took the initiative himself to secure the newcomer a pay rate doubled from the usual.
History
Yoon-Suk heads up the mining operation for the Hunters Guild, making him the direct supervisor of anyone signing on to dig for fast cash. When Jinwoo enrolled to pad his earnings, Yoon-Suk took him on as a worker, never suspecting that the man swinging a pickaxe beside the crew was in truth an S-Rank Hunter hiding his real strength. He is named only in the novel, though his figure does turn up in the webtoon as well.
