Hyeonmoo Gang is a Korean S-Rank Hunter who founded and leads the Black Tortoise Guild. Crafty and contract-bound, he spends much of the Ragnarok story trying to recruit Sung Suho and repair ties with Ahjin Soft.
The source does not provide a description of Hyeonmoo Gang's physical appearance.
Hyeonmoo projects confidence and trusts heavily in his own powers of persuasion. He is also a schemer, binding new recruits to confidentiality contracts that chain them to the guild for a decade under penalties so harsh they amount to indentured servitude. For all his bluster, he knows his limits, especially when greater money or force opposes him, and he will own responsibility for his subordinates' actions.
He does not give ground easily, yet he can admit defeat without shame while remaining stubborn enough to keep maneuvering against a bad situation.
A year after the Cataclysm, Hyeonmoo founded the Black Tortoise Guild, naming it bluntly after himself. The newer White Tiger Guild soon outshone it in public image, and because that rival drew its name from one of the mythological Four Guardian Beasts, his own outfit was endlessly compared to it. The constant gossip bred a one-sided grudge and rivalry on Hyeonmoo's part. During the Demon Realm Arc, a fallout with former sponsor Yoo Jinho, sparked by his subordinate Lee Yeongho ambushing Jinho's nephew Sung Suho, forced him to personally apologize and pay heavy reparations, surrendering the rights to ten dungeons to the Woojin Guild.
In the North Korea Arc, Suho needed five S-Rank Hunters to approve his crossing into North Korea, and Hyeonmoo arrived first, less to grant permission than to court the young Hunter for his guild. He dangled an open-ended contract and a Rune Stone bonus, hoping to mend relations with Jinho through the recruitment. His pitch collapsed as other guild masters arrived and Baek Miho exposed his ten-year slave contracts. Skeptical of Suho until the young man broke Ma Dongwook's arm in a strength test, Hyeonmoo grew unnerved that a supposed summoner fought like a tanker and suspected a hidden Reawakening.
Realizing he had been outplayed, Hyeonmoo still refused to abandon his angle, weighing his vote as leverage to escape Jinho's grip. Distraction came when it emerged that the Association's gymnasium was built from costly Essence Stones funded by Jinho and Ahjin Soft, and Jinho himself arrived to unveil the completed virtual training game Solo Leveling. Drawn by its value for Hunter simulation, Hyeonmoo flipped his vote to favor Suho's conquest, only to have Beru seize him for the promised Rune Stones.

The transformation everyone knows, the follow-up question nobody would touch. Why we made a smooth R&B track about the golden glow Dragon Ball never talks about....

Five Bleach female characters, ranked and settled. Yoruichi sits at number five, the spot nobody expects, and our number one is an Arrancar with a soft heart....
