Fair-skinned and blue-eyed, Laura is a young woman who keeps her blonde hair gathered into a bun. A black business suit is her usual attire.

Composure defines Laura, who seldom lets emotion show and carries herself with steady professionalism. Toward the S-Rank hunters she serves, Thomas Andre and Hwang Dongsoo among them, she keeps a consistently respectful manner.

In the Dungeon and Prisoners Arc, Hwang Dongsoo called Laura to his Washington D.C. residence and asked what consequences would follow if he killed someone in Korea. The question startled her, yet she explained that the U.S. and Korea held no extradition agreement covering hunters who commit crimes, so he would face trial at home and the government would likely bargain for a light sentence. Satisfied, Dongsoo revealed he had learned of his brother Hwang Dongsuk's murder and meant to take revenge. Laura warned that his absence would freeze Scavenger Guild operations and pointed out his calendar was booked solid for two months, so he agreed to hold off and had her clear his schedule afterward.

During the Jeju Island Arc, Laura sat in Thomas Andre's hotel suite watching the live feed from Jeju Island as Jinwoo clashed with the Ant King. She suggested to Thomas that the man who had killed Dongsoo's brother was most likely Jinwoo, and that the senior hunter could well pursue payback, then asked how Thomas would handle a potential confrontation. By Thomas's account, Dongsoo was a member of the Scavenger Guild, the guild was his own, and he would permit no harm to fall on what belonged to him.
