Park Jongcheol

A vicious temper defines Jongcheol. He pursues whatever he wants without conscience and proves entirely willing to inflict harm on a small child to get his way, a cruelty he carries out coldly to break the resolve of his opponents.

Jongcheol throws in with the Fiend Guild faction loyal to Lee Minsung and his scheme to turn a profit on Stardust. As part of that plan he helps oversee a Stardust laboratory set up in the Paju Field, on grounds that once formed the Paju Industrial Complex.

When Han Jaehyuk leads a four-Hunter team from the Korean Hunters Association into the lab to free hostages, Jongcheol spots them and strikes at once, though Jaehyuk parries the assault. To stop the Association from countering, Jongcheol seizes a kindergarten-aged boy and forces the rescuers to lower their skills and yield, beating the child in front of them to prove he means it. From the shadows, Crow Mask, Sung Suho, slices through the arm pinning the child, then his legs, dropping the Hunter and marking him for death. Mutilated, Jongcheol screams for his subordinates to kill Suho, but they are slaughtered to a man. As he tries to drag himself away, Beru catches him fleeing, grips his head, and tears it off with its mandibles.
