History
A student at Berlint University, Kurt joins the terrorist group Keith Kepler assembles to assassinate Minister Brantz. When he discovers Anya Forger listening in on the conspirators, he drags her before the group and holds her down as Keith prepares to silence her, until the dog Bond lunges at him and shields the girl. Later, as Keith orders him to finish Anya off in an alley, Yor Forger appears behind him and drops him to the ground while protecting her daughter. He debuts in Chapter 18 of the manga and Episode 13 of the anime.
