Scars cover Hagi's face, with a mark crossing each of his eyes, and he keeps his hair down to shoulder length.
History
As head of the 11th ward's ghouls, Hagi watched Rize's behavior draw unwanted eyes and make daily life harder for the local ghouls. He warned her that flouting the ward's rules would force her to leave. Soon afterward, investigators began moving in because of her actions, and Rize decided to go.
Hagi and two other ghouls confronted her on the way out, holding her responsible for stirring up the investigators and for the death of their comrade Dogu. They meant to make her pay, but Rize cut all three down with ease.
