In public she passes as an elderly woman in her sixties, but that face is itself a disguise. Her real head is red and rounded like an apple, its stitched-together surface giving the impression of seams holding mismatched pieces in place. Because the genuine sight is so unsettling, she keeps it hidden behind the false, aged features.

History
Her killing spree became the first case handed to the newly paired investigators Kureo Mado and Koutarou Amon, with Muramatsu their prime suspect after being spotted at a crime scene. She tried to clear herself with a medical certificate claiming a human Rc reading, but Mado saw through the forgery and let her believe she was safe so she would move again. When Amon offered to help carry her bags and noticed blood soaking through one of them, she attacked, drawing out the rinkaku kagune that came with her ghoul physiology. The short struggle ended with Mado killing her.
