Ruchi, born Ryuuchi Kagami, is a ghoul featured in the video game Tokyo Ghoul: Jail. Once a senior figure among the Black Dobers and a devoted aide to Kaya Irimi, he becomes a person of interest in the hunt for the ghoul called Jail.
Ryuuchi is a lean, hollow-cheeked young man with pale skin, long blond hair, and slitted eyes. A stylized mark that resembles a lightning bolt or a strand of barbed wire runs sideways across his left eye. He dresses in a brown jacket of mixed tones over a black undershirt and white trousers, finishing the look with a chain necklace bearing a triangular pendant and a single loop earring in his left ear.
Much of Ryuuchi's temperament is left unexplored, yet his actions point to deep loyalty. He holds Kaya Irimi in lasting regard and nurses an ambition to see the Black Dobers rise again under his lead, quietly gathering old comrades so their former boss could return to violence whenever she chooses.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
Ryuuchi once ranked among the leadership of the Black Dobers. Through the gang's feud with the Devil Ape, Enji Koma, he served as Kaya Irimi's trusted second. When Kaya chose to align herself with Yoshimura, make peace with Koma, and take up work at Anteiku, the roughly nineteen-year-old Ryuuchi broke away and took his followers with him. He never lost his respect for her and holds onto the hope of one day leading the Dobers once more.
Later flagged as a suspect during the pursuit of Jail, he appears to have answered Kaya's call when she pulled the gang back together for the Owl Suppression Operation. As a ghoul he fights with an ukaku kagune backed by the heightened physical strength his kind possesses.
