Sumiharu Katou passed as a friendly hair stylist in the 13th ward, but the ghoul underneath used the job to stalk female clients and indulge grotesque cravings. His killing spree ended when Kishou Arima and Taishi Fura cut him down.
Dark violet eyes and a chin-length crop of blonde hair gave Katou a youthful look. Behind the salon chair he dressed in a white polo trimmed with a darker collar, while off the clock he favored a snug black long-sleeved top that ran past his elbows over white trousers. His mask hid only the top of his face, a pale piece shaped with a swollen nose and knitted brows; the OVA gave it a nastier cast, whereas the Jack manga leaned it toward a sorrowful, anxious expression.
Kindness was only a performance for Katou, who buried a cruel streak beneath a courteous exterior. The chair gave him easy access to women, and he turned that access into a private ritual, chewing on the clippings he swept up while picturing himself peeling the scalps off their heads.
During the events of Tokyo Ghoul: Jack, Katou first turned up at a gathering with Lantern and Yamori, where the talk centered on whispers of two students who had taken to hunting ghouls. Back at his salon he trimmed a customer's hair and afterward gnawed the cuttings while sinking into violent daydreams. Uruka Minami arrived unmasked, and he failed to place her as Lantern, taking her for an ordinary human; drawn by her scent and lovely hair, he set out to ambush her in an alley once the appointment ended. Kishou Arima and Taishi Fura stepped in and finished him before he could, and only as his mask slipped away did Minami realize the dead ghoul was the man who styled her hair.
Born a ghoul, Katou wielded an ukaku kagune shaped like a pair of winged appendages sprouting drills, which he could fire at a target with enough force to bore through metal plating. His agility impressed even Arima, who judged him mildly formidable, and Taishi briefly lost sight of his movements as he ran along a wall, though neither trait spared him from Arima's blade or a stone Taishi hurled like a pitch.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
