Yuuma is a ghoul who serves the Tsukiyama family, working among their hunters in the 21st Ward. Fiercely tight-lipped about his masters, he meets a grim end after being taken alive during the CCG's push against the Rosewald operation.
Of ordinary build, Yuuma is a young man whose dark hair runs somewhat long. When he first turns up he is dressed in the hunting garb that marks the Tsukiyama family's hunters.
Devotion to the household he serves defines him. Even Shiki Kijima acknowledges that no amount of pressure or cruelty will pry loose a single detail about Yuuma's master, a stubbornness that ultimately shapes how his captivity plays out.
Yuuma is out on a hunt alongside Matsumae and several other ghouls when investigators running the Rosewald Investigation spring an ambush and take him prisoner. In custody he stays almost entirely silent, which draws the attention of Shiki Kijima. Kijima leans on him to learn a fitting place to deliver a grisly "present" to his allies, and when Yuuma yields nothing, his tongue is cut out. His death is later confirmed when Kijima, following the capture and beheading of Aliza, discloses that Yuuma had already died just after a recording was made.
In combat Yuuma wields a scaly kagune that manifests as a cluster of plain tentacles. It pairs especially well with Matsumae's ability: when she peels off her own kagune to raise a barrier, Yuuma can strike opponents straight through that wall while staying safely shielded on the other side.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
