Role
The group traces back to a clan of ghouls who retreated underground to steer clear of human society and lived cut off from it. Generations of marriage within the bloodline hardened their bikaku kagune but also bred defects such as dwarfism and frail health. Their short builds and weak bodies made them prey for other ghouls, who mocked them as Shaving Razors. Everything shifted when Miza Kusakari seized command of the clan at eighteen, reforging them into the Blades and leading them through savage wars against rival ghouls. Once fierce rivals of the Bin brothers, they were eventually folded into Aogiri, then moved on to Goat after the CCG brought Aogiri down.
