As Amon buries himself in casework after Mado's death, Kaneki learns that Rize's name was itself a fabrication, and a deceptively harmless pickpocket reveals a lethal streak.
At CCG headquarters, Koutarou Amon works relentless hours with little sleep. Offered the Rabbit case, he declines, still holding himself responsible for Kureo Mado's death and throwing himself entirely into his duties. The 20th ward, meanwhile, has grown perilous.
Kaneki recounts his brush with the Gourmet to Itori, who scolds him for gathering nothing useful about the ghoul's club. She reveals that the name Rize Kamishiro was invented and that the woman had adopted it, urging Kaneki to dig into Rize's life before she reached the 20th ward. Walking home, he collides with a young boy whose scent strikes him as delicious, and only afterward notices his wallet has been lifted. Slipping into an alley, the boy inspects the library card, cash, license, and student ID, grumbling that three thousand yen buys nothing decent, unaware that three ghouls lie in wait to make a meal of him.
Back at Anteiku, Kaneki shares the theft with Touka Kirishima and Hide. Nishiki Nishio now works at the cafe, the manager supplying him meat so he can live without preying on people, and his talk of humans and ghouls coexisting shows Kaneki how much he has changed. The CCG, it emerges, has spread more agents across every ward of Tokyo. As for the pickpocket, the three ghouls corner him, yet when they beg for mercy he slits their throats.
Amon refuses the Rabbit case out of guilt over Mado. Itori exposes Rize Kamishiro as an assumed name. Juuzou Suzuya is introduced as the deadly boy who robs Kaneki and kills three ghouls.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
