Insecure, the eighty-eighth chapter of Tokyo Ghoul, splits its time between Kaneki's harsh rooftop training with Banjou and a quiet worry that his split nature could push him past his limits. The team then sets its sights on Kanou's hospital.
High on the rooftop, Kaneki drills with Banjou, needling him relentlessly until he lets the man plunge off the edge. He then races down the side of the building to snatch Banjou out of the air, and on the way back up he offers a few words on how the session went. Once they return to the hideout, Banjou has his wounds seen to.
Hinami asks whether she might take part in the training, though Banjou would rather she stay out of it. He asks what made her leave Anteiku, and she answers that she wants to remain at Kaneki's side. Praising her warmth, Banjou mulls over Kaneki's temperament and the two clashing halves of it, one gentle and one ruthless. He fears that the wounds Kaneki keeps bottled up could eventually cost him control of himself.
Tsukiyama breezes in, Kaneki follows, and the group gathers to compare the intelligence they have amassed on Madam A and Kanou. Tsukiyama proposes a look at the twentieth ward's Kanou General Hospital to hunt for anything the doctor left behind, and the others agree to make the trip.
Kaneki puts Banjou through a punishing rooftop exercise, and Banjou privately frets that Kaneki's buried pain may one day break loose. Hinami states she left Anteiku to stay close to Kaneki. The group settles on visiting Kanou General Hospital in the twentieth ward.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
