Jack: Chapter 6

Fura returns to the hospital to see Aki, who laments that her right eye no longer registers anything, leaving her only able to gaze at the view outside. She frames her blindness as punishment for skipping school and running with a biker gang, and Fura tells her a ghoul took the eye.

Back at school, Minami hands Fura and Arima several reports she has assembled, including rumors of bones discovered at a prefab structure on an abandoned construction site. Impressed by her investigative talent and enthusiasm, Fura hears her explain that she simply likes helping people. She proposes tagging along to the house, but Arima refuses, thanking her and judging the risk too great; disappointed, she still keeps feeding them information.

When Fura and Arima reach the site, Arima notes that ghouls may be concealed there even if unseen. They find a dead ghoul, and Arima chooses to wait for senior investigators. Riding off, Fura tallies the ten ghouls they have wiped out, though the Lantern has never been caught. He meets up with Minami, thanks her, and the two discuss Arima, likening his name to that of a knight. Spotting a suspicious figure crossing the street, they judge it a ghoul and decide to call Arima.

Trailing the ghoul to a building, Arima sends Fura the opposite way and keeps Minami with him. Minami praises Arima for saving her and admires his fighting technique, then abruptly, to his frustration, brings out her own kagune, lunges at him, and tells him to die.

Minami settles in as the team's information gatherer, and Fura reveals to Aki that a ghoul took her eye. After investigating a construction-site body, Minami suddenly manifests a kagune and attacks Arima, declaring he should die.

The sixth chapter of Tokyo Ghoul: Jack runs thirty-four pages with a US release of August 30, 2016. It ends on Minami's betrayal, revealing her to be a ghoul. Ryou, Fura's mother, and Yakumo Oomori are referenced.
