Thread of Blood is the sixtieth chapter of Tokyo Ghoul:re. Haise leans on Shiono for the Owl's whereabouts, the Special Class Conference maps out the war on Aogiri, and the Hachikawa Squad lands on Rushima where Saeki lies in wait.
Haise Sasaki questions Shunji Shiono, pressing him for Sen Takatsuki's real identity now that she is suspected of being a ghoul. As Shiono dodges the question, Haise reminds him gently but plainly of his position, warning that anyone who knowingly hid a ghoul's whereabouts could face execution. Shiono insists he does not know where Takatsuki is. Haise kicks the table to unsettle him, then steps out.
He phones Nimura Furuta with an update, asking him to keep searching Shiono's room and to play the friendlier interrogator against Haise's harsher one, unwilling to let the Owl escape.
At the Special Class Conference, the CCG reviews its thirteen-year struggle with Aogiri Tree. Matsuri Washuu sourly asks why Haise is in attendance, and Haise explains he is standing in for Kishou Arima. He lays out the CCG's two aims, eliminating the One-Eyed King and striking Aogiri's stronghold, and reports strange activity on Rushima, where he has already sent a team to investigate. Naming Tatara the highest priority after the King, he suggests Kousuke Houji can advise, given his role in the extermination of the Chi She Lian.
Matsuri cuts in to credit the Tsukiyama Family Extermination Operation's success to Noro's death, but Yoshitoki Washuu disagrees, arguing the whole operation held value since ghoul CEOs have been replaced by humans, and rebukes Matsuri. When Shinme Haisaki asks which unit patrols the island, Haise answers that the Hachikawa Squad has been deployed. The squad reaches Rushima, where Karao Saeki lies in wait for Tooru Mutsuki.
Haise interrogates Shiono over Sen Takatsuki's identity and location and coordinates a good-cop, bad-cop approach with Furuta. The Special Class Conference sets the CCG's goals against the One-Eyed King and Aogiri Tree. Matsuri and Yoshitoki clash over the merit of the Tsukiyama Family operation. The Hachikawa Squad arrives on Rushima, where Karao Saeki awaits Mutsuki.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
