The name plays on a quirk of Japanese: because Nomi echoes the suffix no Mi attached to every Devil Fruit, the title amounts to one pair of syllables stated three times over, a tongue-twister that even Vegapunk stumbles on when first describing it.

Whoever holds this ability can retain a boundless quantity of facts, recalling with perfect clarity anything they have ever encountered. Fresh and complex subjects, the sort that would normally demand decades of dedicated study, become understandable in an instant. Should the user perish while the brain remains alive, every fact lodged within it survives up to the moment of death. The catch is physical: the skull and the brain must enlarge to house all that data, and a grotesquely oversized head proves a serious nuisance.
