Gyoffrey was a fish-shaped Mysterious Being who fought for the Monster Association. He turned up during the hospital raid hoping to score an easy kill on an already battered Mumen Rider, only to be swatted aside by Tanktop Master.
The build of this monster read as an oversized, rotund fish that had sprouted limbs. Arms and legs jutted from the bloated body, and a skirt of grass wrapped around its middle, giving it an oddly tropical silhouette.
Selfishness and cruelty defined Gyoffrey. Rather than earn a victory outright, he preferred to pounce on a hero who had already been softened up by someone else, delighting in the chance to claim a kill that cost him nothing and to steal the glory from a fellow monster.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
Gyoffrey was one of the many Monster Association creatures that swarmed the Hero Association Hospital. Mumen Rider, backed by Tanktop Master and the Tank Topper Army, threw himself at the attackers to win time for critically ill patients to be moved out. In a corridor, Gyoffrey ran the wounded Mumen Rider down and pinned him underfoot. The cyclist hero seized the creature's leg and called out a signal, cueing Tanktop Master to charge in, smash the fish off its feet, and hurl it clean through a wall to the outside.
His disaster level was never recorded. What is clear is that he ranked among the weaker beings, since he counted on the Hero Hunter having already crippled Mumen Rider to make the fight winnable. A single tackle from the S-Class Tanktop Master was enough to launch him and finish him.
For a weapon Gyoffrey carried a fishing rod in his hands, a nod to the pun behind his name.
