Chibi Chibi

Chibi Chibi carries over the same look she has in the manga, though here her hair reads as a reddish pink. She is a small child dressed in the familiar heart-themed outfit of white and blue with pink accents.

Her Guardian identity, Sailor Chibi Chibi Moon, likewise matches the manga design. A white leotard bears a pink chest bow and heart brooch, her stripeless collar is light blue, pink heart covers sit over her odango, and a gold tiara with a pink heart tops it off. Heart-stud earrings, a hot pink heart-motif choker, pink-and-yellow trimmed puffy sleeves, white gloves, a light blue skirt, and hot-pink-edged white boots complete the uniform.

For all that she is barely a toddler, Chibi Chibi is gentle, kind, and full of energy. Her speech stays very simple, and she mostly echoes the word chibi along with a handful of other phrases picked up from those around her.

In the anime, Chibi Chibi is not Sailor Cosmos but Galaxia's own Star Seed. After that seed leaves the Guardian and Chaos takes over her body, it gradually takes shape as the little girl, who eventually reaches Earth and surfaces in the show's final season.

Her pivotal moment comes when Eternal Sailor Moon cannot reach the Eternal Tiare; the little girl grasps it instead, releasing a flood of pink light that hugely amplifies its power, and within a vision full of stars she names herself a Guardian whose home lies past the Solar System. Even untransformed she can sense magic around her and heighten the attacks of her allies, and as Sailor Chibi Chibi she grows stronger still, able to teleport an entire group over vast distances with a single burst of light, though the effort leaves her drained.
