Lisa wears her dark hair gathered into a bun. Mourning at Sasha's grave, she dresses entirely in black.

Warmth comes naturally to Lisa. Meeting the young runaway Gabi, she reaches out to affectionately tousle the girl's hair, and takes no offense when her hand is slapped aside, guessing the child has been through something terrible and choosing to give her space. Her love for her family runs deep, and Sasha's death wounds her badly. Like her husband, she proves remarkably selfless: on learning that Gabi killed her daughter, she releases her grief rather than avenge it, urging Niccolo to release Falco and later holding Kaya back from the same knife.

During the War for Paradis, Lisa and her husband Artur visit their daughter's grave together. Soon after, Kaya brings two young strangers to the Blouse farm, and the couple agree to feed them without question. At Niccolo's restaurant, where Lisa urges the children to eat their fill, the chef exposes the girl as Sasha's killer and offers her father a blade to settle it. Artur passes the weapon to Lisa, who lays it on the table, demands the unconscious Falco's release, checks on the boy herself, and then physically restrains Kaya from stabbing Gabi, sharing the girl's sorrow while refusing more bloodshed.

The Yeagerists storm the restaurant shortly afterward and seize everyone present, imprisoning the family inside Shiganshina's military headquarters. Onyankopon eventually opens the cells, and Niccolo, following Jean Kirstein's orders, guides the Blouses to a quieter corner of the district to wait out the fighting. A wandering Pure Titan flushes them from their refuge; Kaya trips and falls behind, but Gabi, who has returned for Falco, saves her, and a passing group of soldiers escorts everyone to headquarters. There Lisa comforts Kaya and the family later sees Gabi off as she departs with Armin Arlert for Ragako. Three years after the Rumbling, Lisa, her family, and Niccolo stroll past a Yeagerist ceremony, their lives having quietly moved on.
