The Garrison commander of Orvud District faces an impossible night when Rod Reiss's colossal abnormal Titan crawls toward his hometown. Pressed by Erwin Smith into using the district's own citizens as bait, he directs the cannon defense from the Wall until Levi's squad steps in to finish the fight.
Short black hair parted toward the sides, a rounded nose, a thin mustache, and sideburns reaching his jaw give the commander an unassuming look. His height is average for a soldier.
Duty weighs visibly on this man, a conscientious officer thrust into a crisis far beyond anything in his experience. Anxiety pushes him toward panic, yet he still challenges Erwin Smith directly when the plan conflicts with his responsibility to evacuate Orvud's people, and he stays clear-headed enough to grasp the strategy's logic and accept it. His attachment to the district runs deep; watching the enormous abnormal Titan loom over the Wall, he grieves aloud for the town where he grew up.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
Erwin Smith arrives with word that a gigantic abnormal Titan, the transformed Rod Reiss, is crawling toward Orvud District, then stuns the commander by refusing to evacuate the city. The citizens must remain as lures to draw the creature in, with an emergency evacuation held in reserve should the defense look certain to fail. The commander agrees only grudgingly.
When the Titan closes on the district, he keeps his gunners pouring cannon fire into it without pause. Its nape finally comes into view at the Wall, but a shift in the wind wraps the defenders in scalding steam before they can shoot. As the monster hauls itself above the Wall, he orders his soldiers back, mourning that his hometown is about to be destroyed, only for Levi Ackerman to cut in with the promise that his squad will bring the Titan down.
