History
She is a product of the Nemuri Project, a program through which Mayuri Kurotsuchi engineers artificial souls that he treats as his own children, which casts her as his manufactured daughter and a sibling of sorts to the first of the line, Nemu Kurotsuchi. Ten years on from the destruction Yhwach visited upon the Seireitei, with the rebuilding effort finally concluded, Mayuri set his sights on a newly finished district he intended to survey as the possible home of a hidden research complex, and he summoned her to walk the grounds at his side.
