Ino

Thick, black-framed glasses sit on Ino's face, and he tends to turn up in his school gym clothes. His brown hair never quite settles, jutting out in stray tufts across his head.

Ino keeps his distance from Karin, put off by the rough reputation that trails her. Given the choice, he would far rather crowd around a game with his classmates Hashigami and Kaneda than head out for physical education.

As Ino games alongside his classmates Hashigami and Kaneda, he grumbles about gym and plays on until a loss knocks him out. When Hashigami jokes that he should just wipe his character, Ino shrugs and says he will simply start a new one. Their session ends abruptly when Kon, wearing Ichigo Kurosaki's body, leaps down and smashes the console before bolting, leaving the boys to face a gym teacher who scolds them again for skipping class. She dismisses their account and orders them to clear away the wreckage. As they clean up, resentful that nobody trusts them, a Hollow descends, and Kon rushes back to shield the terrified children, taking a wound to the shoulder while they flee in tears. Ino later drew a single vote in one of the series' popularity polls, counted among the trio of students in Karin's class.
