Menis

Slight and effeminate, Menis wears his spiked red hair long enough to end in a braid and looks out through amber eyes. His sleeveless top leaves his midriff bare, his sash trails below the left hip, and the surviving piece of his Hollow mask, a jaw, perches at the upper left of his head, while his Hollow hole sits at the center of his chest.

Menis carries the arrogance, bravado, and impulsiveness typical of his kind, drawing his released blade the instant he squares off against Hitsugaya and Rangiku Matsumoto. He shares Patros's belief that a Shinigami should rule over the Hollows, and his readiness to cut down the false Ulquiorra without a flicker of remorse exposes a sadistic side.

During the Arrancar arc, Menis joins Patros and Aldegor in a bid to steal the Hogyoku. When a figure who appears to be Ulquiorra Cifer moves to stop them, Menis strikes him from behind, and the trio leave the disguise for dead, unaware it is really Aizen's Zanpakuto rather than the true Espada. Crossing into the living world, he and Aldegor take on Hitsugaya and Matsumoto while Patros hunts for Kisuke Urahara. Menis fights with a decent reserve of spiritual power and the flash-step Sonido, and he releases his Zanpakuto, Erizo, meaning Hedgehog, with the command Stab. The Resurreccion sprouts three segmented, whip-like tails tipped with points that stretch to strike at any range, sheathes his chest in armor, and boosts his strength enough to shatter Hitsugaya's Hyorinmaru ice and its ice dragon. Even so he is beaten, and after fleeing to rejoin Patros he is frozen solid and shattered.
