Patros combs his blue hair straight back and sports a thin mustache above deeply sunken, pink eyes. A shard of Hollow mask caps the upper-left of his face, while the Hollow hole marking him opens at his stomach. His attire mirrors that of Ulquiorra Cifer, though it is cut high across the jacket so the hole stays plainly exposed.

Brimming with self-regard, Patros parades his swordsmanship and writes off his enemies as garbage. He bristles at the notion of Hollows bowing to a Shinigami, and his conceit runs so deep it curdles into delusion; a low-ranking Numeros, he genuinely believed that he and two underlings could topple Aizen, cut down a top-ranked Espada, and seize command of all worlds simply by taking the Hogyoku. That coldness extends even to his own allies. When Menis and Aldegor are killed, he shrugs that they deserved it for being weak, an attitude that makes Renji Abarai snap at him in disgust.

His spiritual power runs respectably high, enough to unnerve Renji and send the Urahara Shop staff scrambling for cover, and it glows yellow. Fast and precise with a blade, he can also trade blows barehanded and leans on Sonido to close distance, while his Hierro turns aside lesser strikes. His sword, Gerifalte, is not swung in the ordinary way; drawing and re-sheathing it in the manner of iaido, he fires energy blasts that climb through twenty escalating levels, though the whole method collapses the instant he is stopped from sheathing the blade. Released with the command to pollute, Gerifalte's Resurreccion armors his upper body, spreads his mask across most of his head, and reshapes his arms into weapons that split open at the middle to spew spirit energy, one of them firing something close to a Cero and, on the command to burst forth, an even larger detonation.
