Tesra Lindocruz

Lean of frame, Tesra keeps his dirty blond hair short and hides his brown right eye behind a patch, a turquoise estigma streaking that same cheek. Rather than the usual Arrancar garb, his jacket suggests a lab coat, its sleeves folded to the elbow and its chest lined with what look like sewn-on medals, worn over black gloves and boots. The last of his Hollow mask survives as a slim band of jaw ringing his brow. Back when Nnoitra held the eighth Espada rank, his hair fell longer and the eyepatch was absent.

Tesra all but worships Nnoitra. He throws himself into the path of Chad's final blow to shield his master, and although Nnoitra repays such gestures with scorn and blows, the Fracción never stops fretting over him, rushing to his aid when Nelliel overwhelms him and weeping openly once he falls.

In the days when Nelliel Tu Odelschwanck held the third Espada seat and Nnoitra the eighth, Tesra often watched the two clash, contests Nel usually won. After one loss he reached down to help his master up, only for Nnoitra to hurl his weapon into a nearby pillar and berate him for treating him as an equal. Pressed on why he kept challenging Nel above all others, Nnoitra spat that he simply could not stand being commanded on the field by a woman.

During the Hueco Mundo campaign, Tesra questioned why Nnoitra spared the beaten Yasutora Sado, then blocked Sado's last desperate strike with his own sword, drawing another rebuke. When Nnoitra seized the fight against Ichigo Kurosaki, Tesra was told to pin down Orihime Inoue, using Sonído to flit behind her and kicking Ichigo away so nothing would interrupt his master. His spiritual pressure ran high and yellow, and he could loose a small Cero Córnea from his pupil strong enough to shatter boulders.

Ordered to finish a weakened Ichigo while Orihime was forced to watch, Tesra released his Zanpakutō Verruga with the command Crush, swelling into a hulking, tusked, warthog-like beast of enormous strength, and pummeled Ichigo until Kenpachi Zaraki intervened and cut him down in a single vertical stroke. After Kenpachi later killed Nnoitra, the dying Tesra, returned to his sealed form, shed one last tear for the master he had idolized.
