Summary

Nnoitra boots the limp Nel across the sand, pins Ichigo face-down, and gloats that their last chance is spent. Handing the scene over, he grabs Orihime himself while Tesra releases Verruga and swells into a hulking, boar-like brute. Tesra deliberately grinds Ichigo's ankle under a hoof, then later pinches his wrist and snaps it with a single finger, savoring the screams as Orihime is silenced and forced to watch.

In the palace rubble, Szayelaporro stands untouched and explains that Pesche and Dondochakka doomed themselves by not opening with Cero Sincretico. He had already read them as Nelliel's Fraccion the instant he saw them, even while dueling Uryu and Renji.

Outside Tres Cifras, Rudbornn and his Exequias loom over the downed Chad and Gantenbainne to begin their harvest.
