Summary
Sensing Ulquiorra's Reiryoku fade, Yammy erupts in fury and smashes through the wall of Las Noches, boasting that days of gorging and rest have swollen his power. Renji urges Rukia and Chad not to fear his bulk, since each of them has survived stronger Espada, but the taunt only enrages him further. Yammy draws his blade and releases Ira, ballooning into a titanic many-legged beast and revealing that a fully charged release makes him the strongest of all, renumbering the ranks from nine down to zero.
The trio's combined assaults, Rukia's ice, Chad's giant-armed strikes, and Renji's Bankai binding, all fail as Yammy simply raises his Reiatsu to shrug them off, then buries them in sand and fires a Cero.
