Power of the Soul! Los Lobos, Attack!

Love Aikawa and Rōjūrō Ōtoribashi corner Coyote Starrk, whose grief over Baraggan's death leaves him sluggish and reluctant. Love releases Tengumaru and lands heavy blows, reading the Espada's shaken state, while the pistol-bound Lilynette Gingerbuck goads Starrk into fighting seriously. As the two Visored coordinate their released blades and Hollow masks, Love drives Starrk down with Hifuki no Kodzuchi and Rose answers his Ceros with Kinshara. Elsewhere, Tōshirō Hitsugaya, Lisa Yadōmaru, and Hiyori Sarugaki wear down Tier Harribel, the two Visored making clear they fight independently rather than as a team.

Pressed by opponents whose power spikes behind their masks, Starrk finally accepts he cannot win alone. Lilynette reminds him they have always stood together, and he disperses his pistols to summon Los Lobos, a pack of exploding wolves formed from his and Lilynette's split soul. Love and Rose hack at the beasts to little effect, taking severe damage as the warheads detonate and shatter their masks. Starrk offers his battered foes a chance to flee, and when Love refuses, he drops down to finish them, only for a sword to erupt through his chest from behind, wielded by an unseen attacker.

Love and Rose battle Starrk while he mourns Baraggan, forcing him to take the fight seriously. Hitsugaya, Lisa, and Hiyori engage Harribel. Starrk unleashes his Resurrección, Los Lobos, overpowering the two Visored. As he moves to deliver a killing blow, Shunsui Kyōraku impales him from behind.

Episode 282 adapts chapters 372 and 373 within the second part of the Fake Karakura Town arc, opening with ChAngE and closing with Echoes. A comedic Seven Mysteries segment shows Rangiku, Ikkaku, Yumichika, and Izuru stepping over a fallen Ichigo as they exit a Senkaimon.
