Far away in the Precipice World, Ichigo's duel with his own blade drags on, and an impatient Isshin wonders what is keeping his son. Back in Karakura, Keigo and Tatsuki flee the advancing Aizen and stumble upon Mizuiro and Chizuru, both awake at last. The reunion lasts only a breath, since Chizuru can barely make sense of the chaos around them.
