End of Bond 3

Ginjo slips past his former teammates and parries a strike from Moe, only for a piece of his sword's handle to snap away. Moe warns that had the hit landed on flesh, little would remain, then reveals his Fullbring, Jackpot Knuckle, which bends probability so that events always tip in his favor. His punch, he explains, simply happened to land at the exact angle needed to break the handle where it simply happened to have weakened, and the earlier chandelier fell because a tossed coin simply happened to strike it while it hung loosely enough to drop. He then turns his threat on Ginjo.

Across the room, Ichigo trades blows with Tsukishima and looses a Getsuga Tensho. Tsukishima observes that Ichigo's speed is outpacing his predictions and that the merging of his Fullbring and Shinigami powers is taking hold, noting with satisfaction that the crushing despair is fueling his growth exactly as intended.

Ginjo admits he is ill-suited to face all four opponents at once, Moe's luck being the hardest to counter, and he glances toward Ichigo to gauge his progress. Sado and Orihime move to defend Tsukishima, and Ichigo begs them to stop, unwilling to fight the friends he came to protect. Tsukishima seizes the opening to strike Ichigo from behind, but Ginjo lunges in and shields him with his own body, absorbing the cut and dropping to the ground.

This chapter runs in Volume 52, End of Bond, as part of the Lost Substitute Shinigami arc, and reveals Moe Shishigawara's probability-warping Jackpot Knuckle. It was adapted into the anime as Episode 360, Ichigo vs Uryu?! Who is the Traitor?!
