History
As Reze storms the training facility belonging to Tokyo Division 2, Nomo calls for backup, and the Vice Captain answers just as Nomo is about to be killed, raising a hand to summon the Fox Devil and swallow Reze whole. The rescue collapses almost at once: the Fox Devil spits her back out, repulsed by her taste, and Reze cuts down both Nomo and the Vice Captain, later brandishing their severed heads at Aki Hayakawa to pressure him into handing over Denji.
His lone power was the Fox Devil contract, which let him call the beast to devour a target instantly with a raised hand and the word "Kon."
